Shell Design

The hoist adopts a Light Aluminum Alloy Shell that balances light weight and high strength. This material not only reduces the overall weight of the equipment for easier installation but also boasts excellent heat dissipation—critical for preventing overheating during long-term operation. The full tightness design of the shell keeps dust, water, and debris out, extending the hoist’s service life.


Auxiliary Components

A dedicated Chain Bag comes with the hoist, featuring a lightweight, sleek, and durable design to store the lifting chain neatly. This accessory prevents chain tangling and damage when the hoist is not in use. Key dimensions (per model TP-1004S) include a height (H) of 1190mm, width (A) of 630mm, and chain diameter of φ11.2mm—optimized for stable lifting and compatibility with most industrial setups.

Inverse Phase Sequence Protecting Device: A specialized electrical component that stops the circuit from operating if the power supply is wired incorrectly, preventing motor damage and accidents.

Limit Switch: Installed at the upper and lower lifting limits, this device automatically shuts down the motor when the load reaches the maximum or minimum height, prohibiting chain overextension.

24V&36V Leakage Protection: Low-voltage control for the switch prevents electric shocks in case of leakage, enhancing operator safety.

Side Magnetic Braking Device: Enables instant braking when power is cut off, ensuring the load stays securely in place and avoiding drops.


Operational Mechanisms

The hoist’s transmission system relies on a precision-engineered chain drive, paired with the Electric Trolley for seamless horizontal movement along I-beams. The dual-speed variant (TP-1004SD-SD) allows operators to switch between high-speed (for quick positioning) and low-speed (for precise load placement), improving work efficiency in diverse scenarios.
