How to use
Steel wire ropes Transportation and Storage
When loading and unloading the wire rope coil, a crane usually used for loading and unloading, so as not to cause damage to the wire coil and random winding phenomenon; When handling on ground, the wire rope is not allowed to roll on the uneven ground to prevent the surface of the wire rope crush; There is no outer package of steel wire rope handling elbow, steel wire rope surface cannot adhere to high impact of the use of stone clay, etc.
Wire rope should be stored in a dry ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight or heat baking, warehouse can't multi-layer stacked in wire rope, if the steel wire rope to store a large amount for a long time, often should check to prevent rust, after the main rust should be processed in a timely manner, and to apply lubricating oil, such as corrosion is serious, this wire should be scrap processing. If be in outdoor, should put on dry ground, pad with board, cover with tarpaulin.

Wire ropes are cut to a certain length and delivered in coils or reels. Special care must be taken when the wire ropes are removed from the shipping package. The correct unwinding method is as follows: a, b, c. Incorrect method as shown in D.E.F. Failure to eliminate the winding stress of the wire rope,resulting in rope failure(rope sleeve) or even causing loose twist(loose) or reverse twist(upper) of the wire rope, resulting in m knot dead bend. Such as g, h, I, j.

Q1: Can I get a (free) sample?
A1: Sample Yes. Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high with the express charge covered by the buyers. And after receiving the first formal order, we can deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.
Q2: What's your payment terms?
A2: We accept T/T or L/C in USD/RMB/EUR. Normally, when the total amount is no less than $10000, it's T/T 30% deposit and balance payment against B/L copy; when the total amount is less than $10000, it's T/T 100% in advance.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Different products with different MOQ. Please contact us to confirm. For trial order, we can support on quantity, so you can test our product quality and our service first. But generally, we are not doing retailing for we are supplying to distributors & importers.
Q4: Is OEM available?
