Instructions for use
1. Check the condition of the tool
Always check that the LEVER CHAIN BINDER is in good condition and that the chain is not worn, broken or otherwise damaged before use.
Ensure that the lever operating mechanism operates smoothly and that the safety catch is functioning properly.
2. Choosing the right chain and bundling method
Ensure that the load capacity of the chain matches the weight of the items to be bundled. Select the appropriate chain and strapping device according to the load.
Use suitable strapping that does not allow the chain to be over-tensioned or over-loosened. Over-tightening may damage the bundle, while over-loosening may cause the item to become unstable.
3. Correct installation and operation
Secure the ends of the chain correctly to the binding points of the bundle to ensure that the chain passes smoothly through the bundle to avoid damaging the item.
Maintain a smooth action when tightening the chain using the lever mechanism to avoid sudden force that may cause damage to the tool or make it unsafe.
Ensure that the lever is in a safe position and firmly seated to prevent it from coming loose.
