Shackles are made of forged alloy steel with alloy pin. Size and Working Load Limit are permanently shown on each shackle. For bolt type shackles, tighten nut and then use the pin to prevent the nut from falling off.
Features:
Forged, Quenched & Tempered, with alloy pins.
Hot-dip galvanized (G) or self-colored (S).
logo customization is acceptable.
Our advantages
Working Load Limit and Grade 6 permanently shown on every shackle.
Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit. (1/2t - 55t).
Approved for use at -40° C (-40 degrees F) to 204° C (400° F).
All 2150 shackles can meet charpy requirements of 42 Joules (31 ft-lb) avg at -20°C (-4°F) upon special request.
lt is forged as a whole, which is stronger and more reliable and has stronger fatigue resistance.
There is CE certification standard on each shackle, which is the recognition mark of product quality.
The shackle passes 100% magnaflux crack detection.
