Q1: Can I get a (free) sample?
A1: Please inform your detailed sample requirement, such as the quantity, the capacity, the chain and so on. If we have the sample in stock , the ship will be quicker. If we don’t have stock, please understand to wait for the produce. Express fee is charged by the shipping company. The sample fee and express fee usually paid by client. And after receiving the first formal order, we can deduct the sample cost from it. Everything can be negotiated for a sincere cooperation.
Q2: What's your payment terms?
A2: We accept USD/RMB/EUR. Normally, when the total amount is no less than $10000, it's T/T 30% deposit and balance payment against B/L copy; when the total amount is less than $10000, it's T/T 100% in advance.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A3: Different products with different MOQ. Please contact us to confirm. For trial order, we can support on small quantity, so you can test our product quality and our service first. But generally, we are not doing retailing for we are supplying to distributors & importers.
Q4: Is OEM available?
A4: Yes, OEM is available. We have done OEM production for more than 30 brands.
Q5: How to order the products I need?
A5: Please send us your purchase order by Email or WhatsApp, or you can ask us to send you Performa Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Product information: Quantity, Specification (capacity, lifting height, voltage, size, material, color and packing requirement). If possible, kindly attach reference photos to avoid any misunderstanding.
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.
