Mechanism Design


Hoisting System

Traveling System

The crane’s traveling mechanism uses a gear-driven design for both the trolley and main crane movement. The trolley’s wheels are made of high-carbon steel, ensuring minimal friction against the girders and consistent travel speed. For the main crane, dual motors (one on each end of the girder) synchronize movement, eliminating deviation and ensuring the crane travels along the rail in a straight line. This synchronization is vital for avoiding load instability during long-distance transfers.


Safety Mechanisms
